AAAASF Accreditation Information

How to use this disk

Everything you need for submitting a new application, completing your self survey paperwork, or preparing for an onsite resurvey, is on this disc.

  1. Identify your Accreditation Program.

    AAAASF offers a variety of accreditation programs

  2. Determine the correct Accreditation Phase

    There are three distinct accreditation phases:

    1. Applications. If you are interested in applying for accreditation with AAAASF, this is your phase.

      1. If you have already applied you can still access a copy of the Standards or other needed forms.

    2. Self Survey.  These are current AAAASF customers that are in their Self Survey phase.

    3. Resurvey. These are current AAAASF Customers who are in their Resurvey phase. In this phase the facility will have an onsite survey by a certified AAAASF surveyor.
